Children who reside in the Oley Valley School District, and who will be five (5) years old on, or before September 1, 2009 may register for kindergarten. For more information on registering your child, please call 610-987-4100, ext. 2089.

Dear Families,
Happy Holidays!

We hope that the upcoming weeks of December and January are filled with health, peace and joy. Oley Valley Elementary School is an active and exciting community. Do you know that 25 children have participated in our after school German Club and sixty children have participated in our after school art club? We are offering an after school French club during the second semester and we are developing a chess and Spanish club for second semester.

Is anyone interested in forming a cooking club? Our environmental activities through the PTO, facilitated by Felicia Fisher, are expanding! Mark your calendar for January 8, 2010 at seven o’clock in the Oley Valley Middle School auditorium. Peggy Gernerd, professionally called Miss Maggie, an OVES mother, will be performing in concert. This concert is entitled "Miss Maggie's Mother Earth Show".

Please consider donating a box of candy canes for SUPPORT OUR TROOPS.

Thank you to the Parent Teacher Organization for facilitating the Book Fair, greeting parents during American Education Week, and helping during the Halloween Parade.
