If you do not have a username and password, please read the information below.

The Oley Valley School District is pleased to offer online home access of grades and attendance information for students in grades 6-12. In order to access student information online, parents/guardians will be given a username and password. Parents/guardians will receive their username and passwords by choosing one of the options listed below:

• Any parent/guardian that had not been issued a login or password last year may come between the hours of 7:30AM – 3:00PM to either the high school attendance office or middle school office to receive an introduction letter with instructions and their username and password. You will need to supply a valid photo ID.
• Any parent/guardian that has misplaced their login or password from last year may come between the hours of 7:30AM – 3:00PM to either the high school attendance office or middle school office to receive their username and password with a valid photo ID.
• PLEASE NOTE: Trimester one(1) courses receive a final grade in marking period two(2). When you look at your child’s grades, you need to switch to marking period 2 to see their current trimester grades. The same is true for upcoming trimesters. Trimester 2 is graded in marking period 3. Trimester 3 is graded in marking period 4. To switch marking periods in Parent Access:
  • Log in as usual. Click the Classwork tab to see your child’s current grades.
  • To see trimester 1 grades, change “for Report Card Run” from 1 to 2.
  • Click Refresh View
  • When the page refreshes, click Continue.
  • When you scroll down, you will see the trimester grades
  • The Classwork page will always reset to the current marking period.
