Facility Usage

Use of all Oley Valley School District facilities requires pre-approval and is subject to the Oley Valley School District Facility Usage Policy.  All groups who wish to use a facility are required to fill out a Facility Use Form, attain a general liability insurance policy with limits of $500,000 per occurrence, and pre-pay any fees that may be associated with the facility usage.

Please use the links below to access the Oley Valley School District’s “Use of School Facilities” policy as well as the Facility Usage Forms.   Please note that Policy 707 (Use of School Facilities) was revised again on June 12, 2019.  The revisions include changes to fee structures and required insurance coverage by all user groups.    A valid email address is now required for all user groups and approval notification will be sent to the email address on file.  The district will no longer be sending approved paper copies of the request forms to user groups.  Please retain your email approval notification and have it available when you are using the Oley Valley School Districts facilities.
